-Get in the corner and z-target the wall as far right as possible (keep holding Z during the following steps)
-Sidehop left 3 times and shoot a fire arrow
-Press A to sideroll and shoot
-Backflip 3 times and shoot
-Sidehop left and shoot
-Press A to sideroll and shoot
-Sidehop left and backflip then shoot
-Sidehop left and shoot
-Sidehop left and backflip then shoot
-Sidehop left and backflip then shoot

-Go back to the corner and z-target the wall as far right as possible (keep holding Z during the following steps)
-EQUIP NORMAL BOW
-Sidehop left 3 times and shoot a normal arrow
-Press A to sideroll and shoot
-Backflip 3 times and shoot
-Press R then release it to shield flick. (this changes your roll from a sideroll to a forward roll)
-Roll 2 times then shoot
-Sidehop left and shoot
-Press A to sideroll and shoot
-Sidehop right then left then press A to sideroll and shoot
-Sidehop left and shoot
-Press A to sideroll and shoot
-Backflip 2 times and shoot
-Sidehop left and shoot

-Equip Fire arrows and shoot the last two torches. You should have at least 10 seconds to shoot both

How this works:
Torches stay lit for 30 seconds, but this timer gets reset when an arrow goes through the flame. To make use of this, I light all the first torches of each "line", then go back to the first and shoot arrows through them to light the ones behind. I repeat this process to ensure none go out before I get down to 2 torches. If done quickly, you will have plenty of time to shoot the last two torches with fire arrows. Of course, the last two can be lit with regular arrows as well, but using fire arrows is safer, because torches will not be lit by a lit arrow if you are too close to them.
