My Favorite Smoked Meatballs And Homemade Pasta Sauce

I love Meatballs. I love smoking Meatballs on my Electric Smoker. And I love making my own Pasta Sauce. In this video, I do it all, and the result is a classic Spaghetti and Meatballs dish that is delicious and satisfying with the wonderful addition of smokiness from using Red Oak wood chips.

Meatball Ingredients

2 1/4 lbs 80/20 Ground Beef
3 Hot Italian Sausages (casings removed)
2 Mild Italian Sausages (casings removed)
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Shaved Parmesan Cheese (broken down)
1 TBSP Sundried Tomatoes diced and soaked in 1 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 egg

Pasta Sauce Ingredients

2 tsp Minced Garlic
28 oz Crushed Romatoes
14 oz Pureed Tomatoes
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Dried Basil
1 tsp Dried Oregano
Oilive Oil for sauteeing garlic
