SKULD: A Nordic Fusion Belly Dance Film Project

Inspired by the Norse entity Skuld (one of the three main Norns), this dance film project conceptualizes combining a mini stage show with nature concepts by utilizing moving angles, overhead shots, close-ins, and more. Cast ranges from beginner-level to seasoned professional dancers, aged 9 to 60+, of various belly dance backgrounds. After weeks of rehearsals, a caravan ride to location, a last-minute personnel change due to illness, hours in the hot summer sun surrounded by our forest friends and crew, and countless hours editing, I am elated to publish this project.
