How does it work?
Incorporating a 90mm cold feed screw extruder which applies hot tread rubber direct to the builder head.

The hot rubber is extruded, under pressure, in one accurate profile directly onto the buffed casing as the
casing rotates through one complete revolution.
The essence of the PressurBuilder method is that the buffed casing is brought into the specially designed head of the extruder and forms one half of the die profile.
Its direct extrusion method ensures perfect tread application every time regardless of buffed profile.
