Delhi is currently enduring extreme heat with temperatures hovering around 40°C, as per the Indian Meteorological Department. The heatwave is expected to persist for a few more days, with only a slight dip in temperature anticipated on Thursday. There are also warnings for possible thunderstorms and dusty winds on May 1st and 2nd. Despite the sweltering conditions, tourists are still flocking to the city, saying the weather has slightly improved compared to the past days. Visitors are staying hydrated and seeking shade while continuing to explore landmarks like India Gate.
