Steps :
1. Show Hidden Files
2. Open C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Sticky Notes\
3. Copy StickyNotes.snt if you want to back up
4. Replace StickyNotes.snt if you want to restore it.
5. DONE
