1 cup boiled , peeled and mashed potatoes
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste
Green Chutney: Coriander Leaves - 1 /2cup , Mint Leaves - 1/4 cup
Green Chillies - 2 to 3
Lemon Juice - 1/2 tblspn
1/2 inch Ginger / 4 garlic cloves
Chat Masala-1/2 tspn
Salt to taste

Other Ingredients: 8 bread slices
8 tsp butter
8 tspn green chutney , recipe above
Chopped onions
Chopped tomatoes
3 tsp butter for brushing and greasing

For The Topping: 2 tsp butter for brushing
4 tbsp nylon sev
