My name is Dr. William Portuese and I'm the medical director and founder of the Seattle Facial Plastic Surgery Center.

The thing I like most about being a facial plastic surgeon is making happy people happier.

For example, an 18-year-old young woman who has maybe a large dorsal hump on her nose and is very self-conscious about it, when I shave that hump down and give her a beautiful nose, she tends to just blossom with self-confidence. And for me, that makes my day.

I perform thousands of facial cosmetic surgery procedures on both men and women from the age of 16 to 86. Face and neck lifts, forehead lifts, rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, and cheek and chin implants.

We have a very seasoned crew of registered nurses and many of my staff have been with me 14-15 years. And my surgical scrub nurse has been with me 25 years.

We have a Medicare-certified outpatient surgery center which is like a gold-standard of operating rooms in the United States. We have a private entrance to our surgery center and a private elevator that patients can go up and down in.

To address patient's fears, specifically about looking unnatural, we have over a thousand photographs on our website demonstrating the quality of our work.

I'm so pleased and happy for them the day we take the cast off.
