In this video I explain how EPS (Electric Power Steering) works. I dismantle an EPS assembly to show you all internal components including the Torque sensor, EPS Motor, EPS module, Flex Coupling and more. Then I take the camera in the car to explain how to diagnose the EPS by "Live Data" in can tool, how to perform the ASP calibration and how to do the EPS Tyoe Recognition.
