BenQ HT 3050 DLP Projector - Review

The BenQ HT 3050 Home Theater Projector delivers some serious bang for the buck. For right around $1000 it delivers a colorful, bright picture that looks stunning right out of the box. Sure you could have a calibrator come out and adjust the setting a bit, but the factory cinema settings are excelent.

If you're comparing specs, the BenQ HT 3050 delivers 2000 ANSI lumens, a 15,000:1 contrast ratio, and gives you Rec. 709 cinematic color reproduction.

This is a 1080p DLP projector, so you won't be future proofing your home theater. However given the price of 4K projectors and availiability of uncompressed 4K content, the HT3050 is certainly a good choice right now.
