A Doctor Paccar Video. The issues is a Paccar MX13 starts up after a fuel filter change and runs for 5 minutes and then dies out. Prime the fuel system and it will run 5 minutes again and dies out. No restart until priming. The engine was actually using only the fuel in the fuel filter housing. The fuel was not going into the fuel filter housing and it is NOT the fuel pump. The check ball in the fuel filter housing ended up sucking inside of itself blocking the fuel port
