The arrow function was introduced with JavaScript ES6. Arrow functions can make your code shorter, more concise, and easier to read.

But it’s very important to understand that we do have to be careful when we use arrow functions. Regular functions rebind ‘this’ to the object that called it. It could be the window, document, a button, or something else.

Arrow functions do not rebind ‘this’. ‘this’ remains bound to the context from which it was called.
