This project clearly demonstrated the need for height if your building is located within the CBD area, especially when you're sandwiched by other high-risers in all directions. In such typologies, the common issues will be overlooking from the neighbours affecting privacy of the residents. Then the architect chose to tilt the building sideways partly to address that problem.

Indirectly that move created lots of exciting space around the facility deck and the floor plate design, however the balcony and windows are now facing 'corners' and 'edges' of the neighbouring buildings. Also, the available views are also temporarily as development will take place anytime.

Being in the city definitely brings convenience as this is situated within walking distance to KLCC. You'll have amenities in abundance but that comes with noise and congestion.

In my opinion, I think the team for this project has done their best in leveraging on the site as much as they can. The entrance experience to the facility deck and roof top is just excellent. The 3 bedroom layout is spacious. But there are just way too many choices available within that area.
