Menlo park Gang task force

I was walking into a store and I noticed some police down the street. When I got there they had two young men cuffed and one of them sitting on the curb. It seems unnecessary to have a gang task force In a community with 1.5 million dollar houses, extremely low crime rate, within walking distance of Facebook, but here we are. Guy was real candid with cops and me about the whole situation. Foster city cop Obaidi badge #46 was a real smart ass does not like to be on camera.
