A Chuck Denver #steak is tender and juicy when cooked on the stove top about 5 or so minutes on each side on a medium-high heat to start and then turn down to medium heat after the first minute on each side (Cook for a total of 8 -12 minutes). The taste and texture of this cut is like a cross between a Ribeye and a New York Strip steak and the best part is that the price is usually 7.99 - 9.99 per pound in my area! #DenverSteak #steakrecipe
