Targhee Bike Park: The REAL Wyoming Rodeo

This place puts the ROCK in ROCKy Mountains! Despite feeling and appearing chunky af, this place manages to pack in just the right amount of flow between all that rough stuff. That, along with the huuuuge wide open expanses and views toward the flat lands of Southern Idaho are what makes this a truly unique bike park experience. The building styles vary from trail to trail, and you can really feel the years of style progression as you ride the various terrains. Overall, this place has definitely got an old-school feel to it, which adds to it's charm even more. For a rough, rocky downhill bike park, there could certainly be some lessons learned by some of the other bike parks of that style I've visited in the past. (i.e. Silver Mountain, Keystone, Whitefish, etc...)
On a side note, I wonder if any of the cowboys in Wyoming have ever tried ridin one o these carbon broncos?? Would be so curious to see how they'd do! Haha
