Culture Champions is a Queensland Government initiative that celebrates and recognises people who are shaping arts and culture in Queensland. A Culture Champion can come from all walks of life and have a valued impact on the arts - they can be an artist or designer, a music teacher, a costume-maker, a cultural volunteer, a board member or a philanthropist.It's about giving kudos to the dedicated makers and supporters of our arts sector, and unearthing those who are making a difference to the community but get little recognition. It's also about engaging in ideas and discussions that celebrate arts for all Queenslanders.
