Agency Advantage - Update - Direct Navigation to Customers File from follow-up notes

We added a new feature to simplify navigation from follow-up notes to the customer’s file.

On the home screen, under follow-up activities, click on a follow-up, taking you to the follow-up page. At the bottom left is a button labeled Csr; click this button to take you directly to this customer's file.

This may also be done with notes. Click on the note in the follow-up activity section to bring up the note, and in the note window on the bottom left is the Csr button; click this button to go directly to the customer’s file.
