Hello Everyone!
My name is Aayush.
I've been training consistently for about 3.5 years now. In these 3.5 years of training I've mainly followed Push/Pull/Legs training Split and recently have been following a 4-day Split. These splits were phenomenal but i wanted to try something new.
I've seen professional bodybuilders following a Bro-Split and I've always wondered how huge they are and thought  what could be the reason behind that? "Is it because of their training split?" 🤔 And what in a world would be a better way to find whether something works or not than to apply it on yourself and see how it is.

Training splits at the end are just a tool which helps you to adjust your training volume and frequency as per your goal. Like for someone who can just go to the gym thrice per week, bro split wouldn't be a good option as in bro split we hit only one muscle a day. Full body thrice a week would be a better split for them. You know what i mean. It varys from person to person.
For someone like me who's a working professional spending 1.5 hours in the gym is something that I can afford and anything more than that would take a toll on a lot of other things that are important. For example, I might have to compromise with my sleep etc. All in all this is just an experiment to see how my body will respond to this change.

If you guys are struggling to manage your lengthy workouts and your work together and thinking of leaving the gym then I'd say give "Bro-Split" a shot. 8-10 hard sets for each muscle should be enough and it won't take more than an hour to finish. Remember, "Intensity over Volume".
