Army Counterintelligence - Stuttgart Field Office, 66 MI BDE (T) (Army Counterintelligence)

Our mission is to provide Counterintelligence (CI) support to Force Protection, and conduct comprehensive investigations in the U.S. Army Garrison-Stuttgart Area of Responsibility to detect, identify, assess, and counter, neutralize, or exploit the foreign intelligence, foreign adversary, international terrorist, and insider threats to the Army and Department of Defense.
Army CI has been designated by the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence as the lead agency for CI support to both the headquarters of the U.S. Africa Command and U.S. European Command.

Incidents to Report
If you become aware of individuals with unreported foreign contacts, unreported or excessive foreign travel, severe financial hardship, unexplained affluence, disregard for security practices, attempts to gain access to projects or information with no need to know, unapproved removal of classified or sensitive information.
If you’re approached by who you believe to be a foreign intelligence service, international terrorist organization, or are suspicious of a potential insider threat, these situations should also be reported immediately to Army CI.

Be observant and attentive, remember details about people, places, conversations, and vehicles. Remain non-committal and ask for time to think over any offers.
