Hi, I’m Kerry! I’m truly glad you’re here.
Born in sunny California and now rooted in North Carolina for over twenty-seven years, I’ve spent my life journeying through personal growth, family, and career, all while carrying a deep passion for helping others. My journey, however, hasn’t always been easy. Having experienced toxic relationships since childhood, I know firsthand the weight and complexity they can bring. This path has inspired me to dedicate my life to supporting other women facing similar challenges.
Over the years, I’ve immersed myself in understanding the complexities of narcissistic relationships and toxic dynamics, studying extensively with leading experts, including Dr. Ramani. Her workshops, books, and the teachings of other pioneers in this field have equipped me with the insights and tools to help women find healing, reclaim their self-worth, and rebuild their lives with resilience.
Before becoming a certified life coach, I spent over 25 years in the corporate world, where I honed my skills in coaching, guiding, and empowering others to reach their goals. But I realized that my true calling was helping women transform their lives and discover their strength, happiness, and self-love. Now, as a life coach, I’m here to share that journey with you, offering compassionate guidance grounded in both personal experience and professional expertise.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll likely find me outdoors, connecting with nature, hiking the beautiful trails of North Carolina with my dog, Bear, or enjoying time with my kids and close friends.
