This video will explain how to sign-up and activate childcare manager online. The first thing you need to do is visit childcaremanageronline.com Click the Sign up tab then fill out the necessary information. Select the Terms and Conditions check box and click Sign Up!

Next you need to log-in to your CCM Online account. Click the Log In link. Then enter your user name or email and your password, and click the Log In button. This will take you to the owner account page where you will enter your company name. Don’t worry if your company name is different than your school name, because your next step is to add a school to your account. After you enter your company name click Create Account.

To enter a school into your account, click the My Settings link, then the Schools sub-link and then click Add. Enter your school’s information in the Add School box. You can add as many schools as you like, but remember each school will be billed under your company name. For more information on billing, please see the next video titled, “How to Enter Billing Information.”When you finish click Save.

This will take you back to the Home page of your Childcare Manager Online Portal. On this page you will see the schools you added to your account and their corresponding Online Key. In order to use the CCM Online services, you will need to activate your account in your Childcare Manager center. Before you do this, either write down or copy your Online Key. Then open your center in Childcare Manager. Click Options in the Menu Bar, highlight CCM Online and click CCM Online Setup. Enter your CCM Online key into the corresponding box. Finally, click Save.
