Tens of thousands of pro-Palestine protesters are marching through central London on Whitehall.

An estimated 100,000 people gathered for the Palestine Coalition-organised demonstration, which started along Victoria Embankment and is set to end with a close to Downing Street later on Saturday afternoon.

A pro-Israel campaign called Stop The Hate has organised a counter-protest, at the junction of Aldwych and the Strand. Police say they have made a small number of arrests as counter-demonstrators joined the pro-Palestine protest.
