The current GOP is, alas, good for something -- ridicule. Their shenanigans provide endless fodder for use by the late night comics, as well as folks like me -- just a regular guy who decided that satire is infinitely superior to arguing with those who view the (political) world differently. Tom Lehrer (and others) perfected the art of musical satire decades ago, tackling thorny subject matter with their wit, voice, and technical skills. I pay homage to Tom Lehrer by using his music from "The Vatican Rag" to lampoon Trump, his disgusting sycophantic lackeys, and the policy positions taken by the GOP.
