In the Park the resident birds include Spotbilled duck, Indian moorhen, Purple swamphen, little cormorants, Darter, Pond heron etc. while migratory birds include Red crested pochard, Tufted duck, large cormorant etc. As per @FaiyazKhudsar, scientist, Biodiversity Parks Programme, Most migratory birds come from Central Asia, Siberia and China.
