The ASI Moto Show 2022 reached its twentieth edition this year and was an incredible success with the public and a massive presence of motorcycles. This is the largest gathering in Italy and one of the best known in Europe dedicated to historic two-wheelers. Despite the rain that made the track wet and partially blocked the event on the way, there were all kinds of bikes represented for a period long over a century! From the first two wheels with motor and frame similar to bicycles up to the recent MotoGP and Superbike, there is something for everyone. Great champions of the past took part, including Giacomo Agostini, Christian Sarron, Manuel Poggiali, Carlos Lavado, Andrea Locatelli and Loris Reggiani. Virtually every manufacturer was represented, Ducati, MV Agusta, Moto Guzzi, Aprilia, Bimota, Gilera, Benelli, MotoBi, Norton, Ariel, Triumph, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, BMW & many others. Although this video is very long, I have not been able to see many of the two wheels in the paddocks. In the afternoon, the sun finally appeared, drying the track and allowing the various classes of motorcycles, divided by year, to enter the circuit and have fun—an excellent show for pilots and spectators. L'ASI Moto Show 2022 giunge quest'anno alla ventesima edizione ed è stato un'icredibile successo di pubblico con una gigantesca presenza di motociclette. Si tratta del più grande raggruppamento in Italia ed uno dei più conosciuti a livello Europeo dedicato alle due ruote storiche. Nonostante la pioggia che ha reso la pista umida e ne ha bloccato in parte la manifestazione su pista, nei paddocks è stato un tripudio di ogni genere con un arco temporale di oltre un secolo. Dalle prime due ruote con motore e telaio simili alle bicilette fino a giungere alle recenti MotoGp e Superbike, ce nè davvero per tutti i gusti. Grandi campioni del passato hanno partecipato, tra questi Giacomo Agostini, Christian Sarron, Manuel Poggiali, Carlos Lavado, Andrea Locatelli e Loris Reggiani. Praticamente ogni tipo di costruttore era rappresentato, Ducati, MV Agusta, Moto Guzzi, Aprilia, Bimota, Gilera, Benelli, MotoBi, Norton, Ariel, Triumph, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda. BMW & tantissime altre. Nonostante questo video sia molto lungo, credetemi, non sono riuscito a vedere molte delle due ruote presenti nei paddock. Al pomeriggio finalmente il sole è comparso asciugando la pista e permettendo alle varie classi di moto, suddivise per anno, di entrare in pista e divertirsi. Un grande spettacolo per piloti e spettatori. Buona visione! 😉
