I assembled all the parts into the case. I opened the Chrome browser, but it began to hang and stutter after a few minutes. I tried to close Chrome by pressing Alt+Ctrl+Del; then the PC became stable. I tried to open another Edge browser, and the same happened. However, when I end the task and open other applications, such as Revo Uninstaller, CPU-Z, WhoCrashed, VLC Player, Heaven Benchmark, and install Mozilla, there are no issues, and everything works fine. However, when it was reopened, the Edge or Chrome browser started hanging and stuttering. Maybe both are based on chromium. It has issues.
