This is the Stamina regeneration guide, I've devoted this guide to show you the times, best percentages and best stamina per second regeneration, this guide will include

The Cloranthy ring's effect

The Grass Crest Shield

The Power Within Stamina buff

The Combinations these items together

Please note that through out this whole guide, I've used human messured times, so there will be a small marge of human error.
We'll be using 192 stamina in this guide, but it will also explain how many points persecond it'll regenerate.

To start off we'll start without any stamina regeneration items
Stamina regenerates from 0 to 192 within 4.296 seconds, which'll be refered to as the base time in this guide.
It'll regenerate 44.7 points per second and this aswell will be refered to as the base point per second.


We'll continue with the cloranthy ring,
The cloranthy ring will bring the average time from 4.296 seconds to 3.003 seconds, which is 30.1% faster then the average time.
The cloranthy ring gives you 64 stamina points recovery per second, which is 19.3 points and 30.1% faster/more then the average points per second.


Now we'll explain what the Grass crest shield does, It'll boost your stamina regeneration from 4.296 seconds to 3.837 seconds, which is a 10.5% improvement.
It'll also bring up the points persecond regeneration from 44.7 to 50 p/s, which is a 5.3 p/s improvement.


Next up is the Power Within pyromancy.
Power Within brings you from 4.296 seconds to a 3.587 second regeneration, which is 16.5% faster then 4.296.
It also brings up your stamina points persecond from 44.7 to 53.5, which is a 8.8 point improvement.


Now we'll try and combine the cloranthy ring with the grass crest shield.
That combination brings your stamina regeneration from 4.296 seconds to 2.544 seconds, which is a 40.8% improvement.
It brings up your Points persecond from 44.7 to 75.5, which is a 30.8 point improvement.


Lets try the power within combined with the grass crest shield.
The Power within+Grass crest combination brings your stamina regeneration up to a 3.128 second regeneration, which is a 27.2% improvement.
IT also brings your points persecond regen to 61.4%, which is a 16.7 point improvement.


Now lets try the Cloranthy ring with power within
This brings up your stamina regeneration time to 2.294 seconds which is a 46.5% improvement
It also brings up your points persecond from 44.7 to 83.3 points persecond, which is a 38.6 point improvement


Now as last, lets try the Cloranthy ring, combined with the grass crest shield combined with the Power within Pyromancy!
This'll bring your stamina up to a 1.835 second regeneration, which is a stunning 57,3% improvement over the 4.296 seconds!
This'll also bring your points perseconds up from 44.7 to 104.6! which is a 59.9 point increase!
