The S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series is heavily inspired by the novel A Roadside Picnic that is a masterpiece of Sci-Fi/Wierd Fiction. As one of my favorite novels it would make sense that a majority of the works inspired by it would delight my fancy. I unfortunately never had the opportunity to check out the original S.T.A.L.K.E.R., something that may come later on this channel, but I thought it would make the perfect start to my FPS Fridays series. Some come check out what our wasteland wanderings hold in store for us.

So unfortunately we ran into some game performance issues, and had to pivot to Battlefield 6, however, I am confident with some off air tweaks we can be ready to go for next Friday's installment. In what we did play though we tracked down several strange and alien relics, were attacked by soldiers, thugs, and mutants, and managed to die no less than five or six times. It was wild enough that you will have to watch to believe it!
