Here are my friends tips for using these microfiber towels.

1.Use one wrung-out damp cloth to wipe windows, mirrors, stainless steel (any surface you want a streak-free polish) and wipe it immediately after with a dry cloth…so shiny!

2.rinse out after use and hang to dry for up to a month before laundering (unless used on a really dirty surface like a floor or something extra yucky)

3.wash every so often in a warm or hot load of microfiber ONLY laundry. washing them with any other fabric will cause them to clog up. Also use only a little pure laundry soap, and never any fabric softener. Then dry in the drier on a medium/low setting with no dryer sheets or dryer balls to recharge their dust-grabbing static cling!

4.add a distinctive marker (like a little embroidered X in red) to some cloths to mark them for body-only use…they make great skin exfoliators!

5.avoid using them to clean up oil spills as this will also clog the fibers.

Here is a helpful video from a youtuber who has a cleaning channel, the clean left to right method has been helpful for me. It’s an obvious concept that I wasn’t employing.
