Talking about the Supreme Court verdict to uphold the abrogation of Article 370, former Chinar Corps Commander Lt Gen Kanwal Jeet Singh Dhillon (Retd) said that it is an opportunity for the people of Jammu and Kashmir to move forward towards a progressive, educated life.
“I am happy, it’s a historic day... I see the abrogation of Article 370 as an opportunity for the people of Jammu and Kashmir to move forward towards a progressive, educated life. There has been an atmosphere of happiness for the last 4 years after its removal,” he said.
