This is rolling 1/2" thick bar steel, After doing this we learned that looping the material back through the rollers is not recommended unless the material is pretty weak, i.e. 1/8" strips. The roller force on a closed loop wants to make the material shape "egg", and if it resists that, it puts extra force on the rollers.
