Sir Stephen Topham Hatt had announced to Thomas, Percy & Toby that a group of actors were coming from America to have their photographs taken with them. The actors were part of new television show called 'Shining Time Station' a fictional railroad station on the fictious line called the Indian Valley Railroad that features the stories of the engines told by a magic man. This made Percy intrigued but when the big engines heard the news they were jealous and when Percy asked them about the magic man they decided to play a trick on him but sadly it led to trouble.
