One of the simplest and easiest practices is " Mantra Chatting" or "Visualization". The powerful and immeasurable Mantra by chatting Mantra adds extra convincing reason why we need learn. The Mantra simplify our dairy practice because many practitioners use Mantras to help them focus during their meditation practices regardless of their religion. Mantra is for anyone and not limited to Buddhist practitioners. Buddhist Mantra chanting is most common practiced in Vajrayana Buddhism. In Mahayana Buddhism, it is sometimes also practiced during practitioners' daily prayers or formal Buddhist rituals. And some of the other regions also do.
