HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE CREAMY BEEF AND MUSHROOM!!!

INGREDIENTS
-500g beef sirloin
-1-1.5Tbsp soy sauce
-1-1.5Tbsp oyster sauce
-1Tbsp cornstarch
-1Tbsp cooking oil
-1 chopped onion
-6cloves garlic chopped
-425g canned mushroom
-about 30g butter
-1 and 1/4cup water or beef broth
-about 1/2cup all purpose cream
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-1/2Tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 1/2Tbsp water
