Coverflex Winter Retreat 2022 had over 80 Coverflexers gathered in Lamego, in the North of Portugal, for three days of meeting familiar faces and welcoming new joiners.

Being a fully remote company with Coverflexers spread across different countries means that we make the most of each minute when we’re together. Our retreats are not only an opportunity to spend time with teammates outside zoom calls but also a chance to get to know people across different departments.

Above all, our retreats are a moment to listen to each other stories, have long conversations, and, of course, hit the dance floor.
