Busy Bee Managers unit

Welcome to Storage Chasers! If you are new, then thanks for checking us out. We are storage unit buyers and resellers. We don't really give you advice on how to resell or even how to buy, but we have fun digging through others peoples drawers. Todays adventure took us up to Columbia SC for a managers unit. Most storage buyers will tell you to stay away from these units, however we have had a great deal of success picking the right ones and making some profit. Managers units are pretty much leftover stuff from when people move out and leave junk behind or sometimes people just can't pay anymore and they let the facility have all the stuff in their unit. They typically have to come in and sign away their rights to the stuff, then the facility will either go thru the stuff and toss all the trash out and keep all the sellable items and put them in one unified unit or auction it off as is. We have gotten them both ways and had no problems. for what we paid for this unit, I believe its $60, we should make around 1K after we clean, repair, test and list the stuff on Marketplace.
