In this episode of Capturing The Internet, we sit down with actor, writer & producer Curly Velasquez. He shares his career & life journey from interning with David LaChapelle to building a breakout latinx/o/a online community PERO LIKE on Buzzfeed. Curly is joined by iconic photographer Jamie Nelson for a photoshoot in her beautiful studio home in Los Angeles. Both artists share their stories of breaking away from societal norms, finding success in expressing their true selves, and bonding through their sexual identities & phallic hedges.
