Anew Bookish Escapades is a fun attempt to give a box of romance books a second chance for adventure, in the hands of a reader or junk journaler.

Just in time for GarbAugust, a scandal has been revealed in the fictional city of Read-a-Rag-opolis!

It all began innocently enough when Ms. Biblios, owner of The Enchanted Bookshop, purchased two “mystery” boxes of books. She believed that every book, no matter how humble, deserved a second chance for adventure. Little did she know, this decision would lead to a literary scandal of epic proportions.

Neighborhood: The newspaper office is located in the heart of Grime Alley, a bustling Read-a-Rag-opolis neighborhood known for its eclectic mix of second-hand bookstores, quirky cafes, and mysterious antique shops. It’s a place where stories are born and secrets are whispered.

Motto: The newspaper’s motto is “Uncovering the Unreadable”. This slogan reflects its mission to dig deep into the hidden, the scandalous, and the bizarre aspects of Read-a-Rag-opolis.
