Add and Remove Bars from the Legend - MS Project

Edit the legend of the Gantt Chart in MS Project to add and remove bars that you need.

It is common for MS Project users to change the colour of Gantt Chart bars to represent location, resource or priority. Unfortunately after changing colour, the bar does not automatically appear in the Legend.

This video tutorial shows you how to add your own custom bars to the legend for printing. It also covers how to remove bars from the legend as not all the bars shown will be required.
