Beef Lasagna Recipe | I Heart Recipes

Hi friends! If you’re looking for a simple, filling and delicious family meal, look no further than my Beef Lasagna! It’s one of my family’s favorite dishes. We never have any leftovers when I serve this. I hope your family enjoys it just as much as mine.

Season, cook and drain the beef. I used whatever was on sale at my local grocery store. Y’all know I like budget-friendly meals! Jarred or canned sauce works just fine for this recipe, but you can use homemade, if you prefer. Add the sauce to the beef and cook over medium heat. For the cheese mixture, combine eggs, Ricotta cheese, seasonings, parsley and an Italian cheese blend until mixed well. In a baking dish, layer sauce, noodles and cheese, alternating for two layers, and top with the rest of the shredded cheese. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the lasagna is cooked through, the sauce is bubbling and the cheese is melted and a nice golden brown. I like to serve this with a side salad and toasted garlic bread. Now it’s time to dig in!
