Cote d'Ivoire's presidential claimant, Alassane Ouattara, has called for a general strike from Monday until incumbent Laurent Gbagbo steps down.

In an exclusive interview with Al Jazeera's Ama Boateng, Gbagbo said UN inspectors are welcome to investigate allegations of mass graves.

Gbagbo also said he might even reluctantly consider sharing power in the interests of peace.
