Was House of the Dragon Season 2 Too Slow?

House of the Dragon Season 2 is over and with it, another two years of waiting for another season, and with the reception of the season finale, many fans clearly weren't happy with the conclusion, let's talk about it!

I enjoyed this season and didn't have the same issues many others did, but I understand the frustration many fans had with the season and wanted to talk about it, besides the story aspect and the events of the finale.
