FOX 17 News is monitoring possible icy conditions Wednesday morning.
Morning temperatures fall back into the teens and 20s allowing for another round of re-freezing. This will be the trend each morning into the weekend, so if you cannot salt ice or wet spots by Wednesday, expect it to freeze over through the weekend.
Patchy fog is possible to start the day, and if it becomes dense, freezing fog could develop in parts of the region.
We warm into the low 30s Wednesday and close to 40 degrees Thursday allowing for a few more rounds of afternoon melting.
There's a slim chance for light snow showers from Friday into Saturday. If snow does occur, accumulation is expected to be minimal. More cold air is anticipated later in the week.
Weekend temperatures will be in the single digits each morning and only near 20 degrees each afternoon.
