A man charged in a suspected shooting of two Blount County Sheriff’s deputies in the Rockford area on June 11 appeared in court Monday afternoon. Ronald Reed Millsaps was arrested and charged with multiple counts of aggravated assault, attempted criminal homicide, aggravated kidnapping after authorities responded to the 11100 block of Jacob Springs Boulevard last week.
