Ingredients
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp Whole cumin seeds
2 bay leaves
7 cloves
2 small cinnamon sticks
2 black cardamoms
2 large crushed onion
1 tinned tomato
2/3 Green chillis paste
1 tbsp Ginger paste
1 tbsp Garlic paste
1.5 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Cumin powder
2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tbsp Kasuri methi

Kofta/meatballs:
2.5 lb Mutton leg mince
2 tbsp Ginger paste
3 Green chilli paste
1 tbsp Ground coriander
1 tbsp Ground cumin
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup of fresh coriander
1 egg
