A key portion of the video focuses on a Join Bulletproof case study: Ramon Sanchez Raag, a respected Whittier, CA real estate professional. While Ramon has outstanding reviews and solid credentials, Newman is concerned by what he calls a “manipulative” SEO tactic—temporarily boosting Ramon’s Domain Rating to 30 before it fell drastically to 7. Newman warns that this type of link manipulation can lead to long-term penalties from Google.
