I have loved silicone baking products since I discovered them! I already have a few silicone molds, but one thing I did not have was a loaf pan. I really do love this pan! It is easy to use, easy to take care of, and my zucchini bread turned out great! It also comes with a basting brush, which works great for putting a little butter on bread when it is done!

I did find that if you fill the pan all the way up, it may bow a little in the middle. If that is a concern for you, a couple of strings tied around it, should take care of that. I also put the mold on a cookie sheet in the oven, for even heat distribution.

There is no need to use a non-stick spray! I let my zucchini bread cool for about 10 minutes, and then I ran a butter knife along the sides, just to ensure that removal would be easy. The zucchini bread slid right out, it did not stick anywhere!

For clean-up, all you need is soap and water. I did find that that bottom of the mold, which is rippled, was easier to clean if I turned the mold inside out.

The only thing I regret about this mold is that I didn’t buy 2! It seems a lot of recipes make enough batter for 2 molds!
