Diwali is one of the most celebrated festival in India as well as in the various parts of the world with a big Indian diaspora. This is a multi day Indian festival which generally last 3 to 4 days and some of the key highlights of this festival are Narak Chaturthi, Diwali Day, Laxmi Pujan, Sal Mubarak (Gujrati New Year), Bhai Duj etc. As name suggests, Diwali is a festival of light and hence during the festival people decorate their houses primarily with lights and diyas. In this diwali decorations diy series, today I will be sharing with you one of the easiest diwali decoration ideas which is to decorate a Diya plate. You can place this beautiful decorative diya plate outside the house near the Rangoli or you can place it indoor anywhere on center table or any corner of the house.
