Intro transcript: Hello. Welcome to this oddly timed Viddy Plays celebration. I’m Viddy of ViddyOGamesForFun. The channel Viddy Plays has had an uneven third year of existence on this platform. Aside from the fact that it’s a secondary channel alongside the main ViddyOGamesForFun channel, just changing jobs over time, as well as real life and losing motivation during the C-virus has led to erratic scheduling, and not as much content recently. However, with the Top 25 Games Showcase currently in the works, and a different home to work in, Viddy Plays is going to be weekly again [hopefully? Ahem]. Before that happens, let’s look back at some of the content that made up the third year of Viddy Plays. There was the completion of the main campaign of Resident Evil 4, as well as the beginning of the Animal Crossing: New Horizons adventures. I felt like hurrying somewhat in choosing my favourite moments here, and there are of course several moments I have definitely missed out on, such as the recurring ‘Bass Guy’ mention in Animal Crossing. But whether it was not knowing it was Eagle-eye I was hitting with a green shell in Mario Kart 8, communicating over Discord with Merry while playing Age of Mythology and other things, Viddy Plays still surely had some good moments in its third year, as shown here.
